Traditional Rock Climbing and Abseiling
Members will learn how to manage rope, practice basic rock-climbing with traditional natural protection, abseil and set up anchor points. If members have SNCS climbing certifications in Singapore, they would be able to lead the rock climbing portions.

Safe Glacier Travel and Ice Skills
Learning to traverse on ice and rock requires skill and practice. Members will spent about two to three days on ice learning the basics of ice craft, building anchors and how to cross crevasses safely in glaciated environments.

Crevasse Rescue and Self-Rescue
Members will have the opportunities to rescue themselves or self-rescue out from a crevasse using ascending techniques and also have the chance to rescue their friends after arresting their fall.
