Simulated Adventure Programs (SAP)
SAP are low-risks activities that are conducted in comfortable settings such as big office spaces or hotel ballrooms and participants will experience adventure activities that bring about key learning objectives, such as Paradigm Shift, Team Building and Leadership Development.
Companies can choose a variety of activities ranging from fast paced 45-mins activities to module activities that focus on having teams to manage a creative project that they least expect! One thing's for sure, these activities will SAP your employee's mental and physical energy by the end of the day!
Audience: Mixed age group.
Duration: Half day (4 hours) to Full day Program (8 hours)
Real Adventure Programs (RAP)
RAP are activities that are conducted in higher risk settings such as rock-climbing gyms, adventure courses or Singapore tourist attractions like Little India/China Town and participants will experience real Adventure activities that bring about key learning objectives, focusing on Setting Team Goals, Team Building, Leadership Development, Team Trust and Change Management. (JTRACE is the first adventure company is merge rock-climbing and team-building in Singapore).
Companies can choose a variety of activities such as The Uniquely Amazing JTRACE Race, Team Rock-Climbing Challenge, Team Challenge Hourglass. No one gets left behind!
