It is a dormant stratovolcano in Central Java, Indonesia, popular for its challenging hiking trails and spectacular views of other volcanoes, including its active neighbor Mount Merapi.  

Mount Prau is a mountain in Central Java, Indonesia, known for its moderate climbing difficulty, beautiful views, and spectacular sunrises. It is a popular destination for both novice and experienced hikers, offering stunning panoramas of the Dieng Plateau, surrounding mountains, and grassy savannas from its summit, which is 2,565 meters high.
